In compliance with your minute on a letter I have received from His Excellency the Governor dated 22nd instant, N.32, I have the honor to transmit herewith a Memorandum (marked A) of the estimated expenditure absolutely necessary to place a portion of the Building at Stanley in such a state of repair as will afford accommodation with a due proportion of

The total amount estimated for this purpose is thus shown to be £2,017.17.0 of which however by far the greater portion - viz: £2020.15.11 is for repairs rendered necessary to these Buildings.
